There is nothing so annoying as not having phone calls returned or appointments being missed so we promise to:

  • Return phone calls within working day.
  • Reply to emails within one working day.  If you haven’t received a reply either by email or phone, please check your Spam Folder.
  • Turn up on time for appointments -and if for any reason we cannot make a pre-arranged appointment time, call in advance to let you know.

Home Quotes and Estimates

  • Provide written quotes for genuine customers on request within 3 working days.
  • Make it clear on estimates what is included in the work we are proposing to do.

Quality Carpet Fitting and Floorlaying

  • Provide a complete job, from uplifting the old flooring to vacuuming your new carpets and flooring.
  • Use our own carpet fitters and floorlayers that we have trained and have worked with us for many years.
  • Not take final payment until all your carpet and flooring work is completed.
  • Stewart Groom, Masterfitter member of the NICF and our fitters are all NVQ qualified carpet fitters and floor layers.

Carpet and Flooring Products Guarantees

All the products we use are supported by Manufacturers Quality Guarantees and if there is a product fault we will always pursue the manufacturer on you behalf.
