We are proud that the success of our business in based on good old fashioned customer service, specifically we promise to do the following:

  1. Return phone calls and reply to emails within one working day.
  2. Turn up on time for appointments -and if for any reason we cannot make a pre-arranged appointment time, call in advance to let you know.
  3. Provide written quotes on request within 3 working days.
  4. Provide a complete job, from uplifting the old flooring to vacuuming your new flooring.
  5. Not take final payment until all your work is completed.

  • We hold £5million of Public Liability Insurance with NFU Mutual
  • All the products we use are supported by Manufacturers Quality Guarantees and if there is a product fault we will always pursue the manufacturer on you behalf.
  • Stewart Groom, Masterfitter member of the NICF and our fitters are all NVQ qualified floor fitters.
