Before visiting you at home or work to give you a FREE carpet and flooring quote, we ask you a few questions including:
  • Details of the rooms you want new flooring in
  • What types products you are considering, for example carpets, vinyls, laminate, wood etc.
  • Details like colours, manufacturers, texture type for carpets (for example velour, twist pile, berber, natural etc)
  • And finally what your budget is

The answers to these questions help us to understand your flooring needs and we can then give you better advice and flooring recommendations.

Stewart will visit at the agreed date and time, bring the samples and measure up. He will discuss what is involved in the job from start to finish and Stewart will happily answer all your questions. In most cases we give you a quote for your new flooring there and then. As part of our service you are welcome to keep the samples for a few days to see the colours in different lights and show them to family and friends. Don’t worry if the samples aren’t quite what you had in mind, we can always bring you another selection.

In addition we will discuss other items that will affect the flooring installation. This will include floor preparation, the location of any joins in the carpet (if required), door trimming, furniture moving etcetera. We will then give you a price to include everything so there are no hidden extras. We are always happy to provide a written flooring quote.
