Ordering your new Carpet Flooring & What happens Next
Once you have made your flooring choices and accepted our quote give us a call, send email or return a sign quote to place your order. If we require a deposit this will be taken before we order your new flooring.
We will order the carpets, flooring and once we have it in our warehouse we will contact you to arrange a mutually convenient fitting date.
All our fitting is done by our own fully qualified professional carpet fitters and floor layerss. We are happy to move furniture, but we will ask you to empty any bookcases or wardrobes if they are too heavy to lift. We also will ask you to remove ornaments or emply glass/china cabinets.
Once the carpet and flooring is fitted we will expect the balance of the payment. We accept payments online, by credit/debit card, cheque or cash.
