With our shop at home service, we can work around you and your schedule, with appointments available in the daytime, evenings and even Saturday mornings. and you can shop in the comfort of your own home (of office). At a home visit we can discuss your flooring needs and answer all your questions about the products and the carpet fitting. In most situations we can also provide you a verbal quote there and then. On the pre-arranged date and time we will bring a wide selection of carpet and other flooring samples, measure up, discuss any special requirements and give you a verbal quote for your new flooring. You are welcome to keep the carpet and flooring samples for a few days or request more samples. Written quotes can also be provided on request. - Arrange Carpet Fitting or Floor Laying
Confirm your order and pay the deposit requested. We will order the carpets/flooring chosen and arrange fitting by our own qualified carpet fitters and/or floor layers at a convenient time. - After Sales Service
Once your flooring is finished and your are completely satisfied we will ask for the final payment. It is important to us that you love your floor, the success of our business is build on our customers recommending us to their friends. Occasionally carpets will stretch, or maybe you want to know about how to care for your new floor.
