Our “Shop At Home” Service for Carpets & Flooring

There are four very simple steps to buying new carpets and flooring and getting it installed by Stewart Groom via our “shop at home” service.

  1. Book a home visit
    Either complete this form or give us a call on 01788 860002. Visits are free and can be arranged for daytime, evening or even Saturday mornings.
  2. Samples & Quote
    On the pre-arranged date and time we will bring samples, measure up, discuss any special requirements and give you a verbal quote. You are welcome to keep the samples for a few days or request more flooring samples. Written quotes can also be provided.
  3. Arrange Fitting
    Confirm your order and we will arrange fitting by our own qualified fitters at a convenient time, (usually within one weeks, subject to product availability).
  4. After Sales Service
    Once your flooring is finished and your are completely satisfied we will ask for the final payment. It is important to us that you love your floor, the success of our business is build on our customers recommending us to their friends. Occasionally flooring stretches, or maybe you want to know about how to care for your new floor. Pick up the phone and call us we have been around for 20 years and we are planning to stay, so please do not hesitate to call with any after sales questions.
